3S production for the logistical and transportation segment consists primarily of C-class swap bodies, insulated truck bodies and containers. We have long experience from manufacturing insulated products according to the ATP-agreement , mainly designed as FRC, CNA och FNA.
Swap bodies are manufactured according to EN283 and EN284 as C-class swap body on a DIN- or LAGAB compatible bottom frame. Standard lenghts are 7.82m, 7.45m and 7.15m. Widths: 2.55m and 2.60m. Heights up to 3.30m. Various door options are available, i.e.. standard end doors, roller doors and full side access.

Insulation are available in two designs, one heavy insulation optimized for FRC with a sandwich panel with polyurethane core and a light insulated version for use in CNA and FNA bodies. This also feature a sandwich panel with polyurethan core. Skins in aluminium and stainless steel applicable.

Uninsulated swap bodies are made in steel in a vast varity of designs. Basically there differs in door solutions, lifts and roofing.

Insulated truck bodies are designed according to swap bodies and primarily as bodies in accordance to FRC. The vehicle can be designed with two cargo loading levels and and partition for multitemperature zones. 3S have experiences from co-producing with one of Europes leading actors for truck and trailer bodies.

Containers are built new or first-trip are modified and reclassified according to CSC. 3S produces mainly insulated containers with sandwich panels. We also possess a good network enabling an "one-stop-shop" for most container needs.

3S can offer most of new manifactured or "first-trip" containers. We focus on the special needs, i.e. full side access containers , containers with integrated hook lift frames and the 1C version with 8ft height especially for air freight with the C130.
